The Presidency of the United States is about more than the one person who occupies the oval office.
It is an American institution that is supposed to be looking out for the safety and welfare of the American citizenry.
It is not about the personal feelings of the person occupying the office and it shows unprofessionalism when said person interjects those personal views.
The American people have way to many problems that the President of the United States needs to be addressing rather than having people over for a beer to quell a civil matter or commenting on his personal views about a ongoing criminal case to the media.
Mr. President, learn how to keep your personal thoughts to yourself when you speak or act publicly on the American people’s behalf.
